Al. Solidarności 68/121
00-240 Warszawa
Our location falls under 1st Tax Office – Warsaw-Śródmieście. This office has so many companies assigned to it that it doesn't have time to harass small businesses. On the other hand, if you do something wrong, they'll give you the time you need. Therefore, this office is ideal for small businesses, very poor for con artists and swindlers.
ZUS is ubiquitous and covers all of us. Location has no bearing on this – you can handle ZUS matters at any branch.
When registering a company, please select the 12th Commercial Division at ul. Czerniakowska 100, 00-454 Warsaw. The division's website is here.
Sorry, I haven't introduced myself yet 😉
My name is Artem Rusin and I'm the co-founder of this virtual office. Like you, I'm a Teddy Bear. At this company, I'm responsible for onboarding new clients. I'll most likely be the first person you'll talk to. I like entrepreneurs and simply good people, and I'm also a fan of the Austrian School of Economics. You can reach me at artem.rusin@avega.com.pl, and – as I mentioned – I'm running several initiatives 😉
I'm also happy to talk about business ideas and can advise on the legal form you should choose.
Office for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs (SMEs) arose, like most unique ventures, partly out of luck and chance, and partly out of necessity. My partner and I were considering ideas for another global conquest – I'll write a book about it someday ;). Back then, we already had our own companies and were taking advantage of the benefits of virtual offices. We ended up with a structure consisting of at least 15 companies. Each was supposed to handle something completely different. But together, they formed a perfect whole. We were very excited, and one of them said, "We should add a virtual office and accounting to handle all this"… That's how Office for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs was born. Many of the planned things didn't work out, but some are developing beautifully. We didn't launch accounting services – in retrospect, I'm glad we didn't. It's worth doing only what you're truly passionate about... and accounting wasn't exactly my thing.
That's how our adventure with our own virtual office began. I hope you enjoy it here.
P.S.: yes, this is the view from our window!
This is actually the main question worth asking yourself. If, after reading all this, you're still unsure... it's high time to contact us 😉
If you're more of a formalist and interested in "legal mumbo jumbo," you'll find the General Contract Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider here.
When choosing an office, I used 4 basic criteria:
– it must be in the area covered by the Warsaw-Śródmieście Housing Estate (I explained why above)
– transportation must be good – the Ratusz Arsenał metro station is right on our doorstep
– it must be close to the Tiger and Crane academies
– before I sorted everything out, I spent a lot of time in the office
– the address must be "prestigious" – Solidarności Avenue or "the area around Bankowy Square" sounds good.
