Keep in mind that <strong>changing the company&#8217;s address<\/strong> <strong>does not always mean that the registered office must be changed<\/strong>, however, if the <strong>registered office is changed, the address must also be updated<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Change_of_the_registered_office_of_a_Shareholder_of_the_company\"><\/span><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Change of the registered office of a Shareholder of the company<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>To make a change of residence, you need to prepare the following documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annex to the Company&#8217;s agreement regarding the change of its registered office;<\/li>\n<li>Uniform text of the Company&#8217;s agreement , taking into account the adopted amendments;<\/li>\n<li>If the Company&#8217;s contract was notarized, the amendment should also be in this mode (unless the contract provides otherwise)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After that, all that is left is to change the address.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Change_of_address_of_the_companys_Board_of_Directors\"><\/span>Change of address of the company&#8217;s Board of Directors<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For this purpose, he should prepare the following documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adopt a resolution to change the company&#8217;s address;<br \/>\nthis resolution may be in the form of written minutes of the meeting and should include: the title, number and date of the resolution, who adopts the resolution and the old and new address;<\/li>\n<li>Fill out an application for an update in the KRS, this will be form KRS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/sprawiedliwosc\/formularze-wnioskow-o-wpis-do-krajowego-rejestru-sadowego\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zx<\/a> (for Ltd.
